Black Pepper

Black pepper, also known as the King of spices, is the world’s most traded spice, and is one of the most common spices added to cuisines around the world. Its spiciness is due to the chemical compound piperine, which is high in the Ceylon pepper and the reason to be preferred internationally.

The Sri Lankan black pepper has a unique flavour and aroma and its used as finishing touch on a dish, to give flavour and aroma to curries and many more.
