Curry Leaves

Curry leaves, also known as Karapincha in Sri Lanka, are extremely aromatic and have a strong flavor that has been compared to citrus, asafoetida, anise, and lemongrass. When cooked, Curry leaves have a mild and slightly pungent bite with a nutty aroma and its used as per its name for many curries and ideal for seasoning.

Zeylone curry leaves are only available dried, so that it preserves its flavours and aromas.
